501 Branard was a Heavy Renovation project. A full renovation was completed on the interior and exterior. All new electrical and full re-plumbing of the entire building. Washer & Dryer was added to each apartment along with Central A/C & Heating. Our designers also created a beautiful outdoor resident courtyard.

415 Fairview was a Medium Renovation project with a full exterior update.
Renovated units were completed in 30-45 days. Our leasing team was able to pre-lease each unit during construction to move residents in as soon as renovations were complete minimizing the unit down time.

2043 Sul Ross was a Heavy Renovation project. A full renovation was completed on the interior and exterior. All new electrical and full re-plumbing of the entire building. Washer & Dryer was added to each apartment along with new air ducts for the commercial chiller system. Our designers also updated the pool and court yard areas.
